In today’s world, having a website is no longer just a nice-to-have—it’s essential for small businesses looking to grow and thrive. A well-designed website acts as your online home, where customers can learn about your business, browse your offerings, and get in touch with you easily. It also adds credibility and helps you stand out in a crowded market.
I specialize in creating custom websites that reflect your unique brand and help connect you with your audience. Let’s work together to bring your vision to life. Feel free to reach out to me here or schedule a consultation so we can discuss how I can help your business shine online! If you're still unsure, please check out my work.
Here are a list of services I offer startups, companies, small businesses, and entrepreneurs looking to automate customer interactions and bring their products to the next level.
I have worked on mobile apps, including Candlelit Care and MournTogether.
MournTogether is my latest project! MournTogether is a mobile app for helping people who have lost loved ones to grieve and find a grief partner.
Candlelit Care is a mobile app and a virtual mental health clinic for postpartum and pregnant moms and birthing parents. I worked on this application as a backend engineer, namely developing a database for the clinical tools and survey, alongside a small team of frontend engineers, a UX designer, a product manager, the CEO, and care coaches.
I have worked on web applications like Easel and School Access for startups like TpT as well as webpages for small businesses like NeetT
NeetT is a black-owned, woman-owned small business for everyday accessibility tools. I built their landing page to help with customer engagement. Tools used: Wordpress, MailChimp, Google Analytics, HTML, and CSS.
Teachers Pay Teachers (TpT) is what I like to refer to as Etsy for teachers. I worked on the Easel and School Access Teams for TpT building out applications for teachers who bought and sold products on the site as well as school districts who bought licenses for teachers.
I occasionally write about software engineering, tech for social impact, and the behind-the-scenes of my development projects.

When I started software engineering, I knew there was a need for empathy on the backend with databases and the like, but I couldn’t quite explain it. When I learned system design principles, it all started to make sense.

Leetcode Felt Pointless, Until I Learned System Design. I know a lot of us learn data structures and algorithms (DSA) because we think it will help us land a software engineering role at FAANG or a FAANG-like company. Some, like me, learn them because it’s fun or because our friends are doing it! But many software engineers feel that Leetcode-style questions are not the best way to assess engineering skill. I’m not here to argue against that, but rather to talk about my journey teaching and learning DSA and how it gave me the foundation to learn system design.

I used to think the only automated testing was unit testing. Then I learned about End-to-End and Integration testing but conflated the two. This pizza metaphor helped me understand the differences.
